Mal takes a step out and sighs picking up some dust and running through his fingers. Mal extends a hand to Peter and smiles.
"Well if it isn’t my old buddy Pete”
He puts his hands on his belt and looks around taking in again the view and sighing. He had not seen Pete for a long time since the battle of Serenity Valley and was quite pleased to see him alive and well.
“Nice dust ball you got here, Well let me introduce the crew”
He turns quickly to Jayne and nods
“This ape hybrid here is Jayne, don’t use too many big words around him it confuses him”
He then looks over at Inara and shrugs
“This is Inara and I think you can guess what she does”
Looks over to Wash
“And this guy is Wash, possibly the best darn whipped pilot in the verse”
He puts his hands back on his belt and leans back a little trying to get comfortable.
“We kinda got lost and ended up here, our cargo is a little slim mostly mouldy cheese because someone forgot to close the crate when sneaking a snack”
He shoots a look at Jayne then turns to Pete
“So how goes things in your area of the Verse?

Inara looks around. Dust everywhere. Letting her breath out she walks up to Mals side.
“Now look where you have taken us.” Inara grumbled. “Wonderful planet you chose Mal.” Inara stated sarcastically.
Watching as Mal and Jayen walk over to Pete Inara takes another quick look around her. Yup she had been right as far as you could see was the light brown color of the sand.
He then looks over at Inara and shrugs
“This is Inara and I think you can guess what she does”
Walking over to Pete, Inara put out her hand.
“Its nice to meet you.” Giving him a big smile.
“We kinda got lost and ended up here, our cargo is a little slim mostly mouldy cheese because someone forgot to close the crate when sneaking a snack”
“That’s kind of an understatement.” Inara mumbled to herself.

Bits of metal on the table and after a bit, she glanced up hearing the roar of an engine somewhere far off and a ship landing. Granted, most ships landed and did so quite loudly, but Slaine picked up on the sound regardless. Something new. Something to hijack? She quickly tied up her bloodsoaked leg and walked through the streets, bowing her head beneath the tilted fedora-styled hat, hands stuffed in her pockets. Slaine bought an apple off a woman in town and bit it slowly, casting a glance towards the field and Pete, meeting with some hylanders. Fascinating change of events. Their ship was crap, irregardless.
